Gosh we had a great time at the Launch Party for “Lullabies and Songs My Mothers Sang”! Little Jaxon was the star of the show! With a fifteen month old, one can never be certain what kind of mood we are going to experience. But fortunately, Jaxon’s mommy made sure he got a very good nap before the show. He was a character, leaning in for a hug, and encouraging me with his dancing and smiles.
I love each and every song in this collection, and had a wonderful time researching the composers and learning the histories of them. Watching the video, I hope you learned a little more about why some of these songs are so special to our family. It has thrilled me to learn that young and old are enjoying this music! There is truly something for everyone on this CD!
